Osteopath
Alison Bellamy graduated in 1988 from The European School of Osteopathy
in Maidstone, Kent. Before moving to the Wirral, she worked in Devon
and New Zealand, where she had the opportunity to explore some of that
beautiful country. For the last 12 years she has been busy working in
the NHS at St Catherine’s Hospital, Birkenhead, seeing referrals from
the local GP’s.
Alison has an essentially structural and traditional osteopathic to
musculo-skeletal problems (including neck and back pains, headaches and
joint pains), but also uses cranio-sacral techniques when indicated.
This is supplemented by self help advice on exercises and posture.
Alison regularly attends courses and practical workshops to keep up to
date and develop her skills, so she can give the best care to her
patients.
Alison is registered with the
General Osteopathic Council. This statutory body regulates the
training and professional activities of all the osteopaths in the UK.

Alison has her clinic at the Centre on a Thursday mornings & some evening
appointments on Monday.
