Respecting the body’s innate wisdom
The
body’s innate wisdom is always striving towards optimum health and self
healing.

bodyTalk practitioner is able to read the body’s innate wisdom through
establishing a yes/no communication (using biofeedback).
This then
allows the practitioner to find what is wrong with the body, what needs
to be addressed and, importantly, in which sequence it needs to be
addressed.
A simple,
gentle tapping process is used on the head and sternum (heart).
Re-establishing communication between all systems and parts of the body.
In this way, the body can synchronize its activities, heal, and adapt to
